Who We Are
We are a second generation, 100% Irish-owned family business based in the centre of Limerick since 1967.
From the beginning, we have been outward looking and forward reaching. This has lead us to find and integrate the latest print technology and combine this with the newest machinery and software available on the global market, and bring the results back to our customers. When we combine this with our drive to find the right personal solutions for each of our clients, the results are a suite of practical and efficient outcomes which work, every time.
A 57 year journey has lead GBM to become a key player in the print, display and service industries; integrating the newest machinery and software on the global market into our service portfolio.
Listening, hearing, learning, creating and caring about the quality of our work are important to us; and we bring them to the table for each and every meeting with you.
Quality Assurance
Our products are designed and produced in house.
This offers our clients the best turnaround times and guarantees the highest quality controls.
Our History
Our story began in 1967 with Provincial Copying & Printing Limerick Ltd. in Adare Buildings, Sarsfield Street and General Business Machines (Limerick) Ltd. at No. 20, The Crescent; general printers, Irish agents for reprographic equipment and office furniture manufacturers.
In 1970, the two companies merged and located to 28, Henry Street, marrying small format off set with large format printing.
Agencies were set up with Germany and Italy. High resolution cameras were brought in to reproduce large engineering and architectural plans.
Large format colour digital printing was introduced in 1996 and our Irish agency with our Swedish partner was established in 1998 for exhibition and display products. Partnerships with Hewlett Packard and Canon soon followed.
Today, we are privileged to connect with both our old and new partners every day with exceptional products and a worldwide distribution network.
Our Story
100% Irish owned, we are a hardworking and highly experienced team.
Passion
'We love what we do' and that is what defines us. We will always endeavour to find a solution that meets your budget and we will always produce it with care and diligence.
We enjoy sourcing the perfect product for our clients. We recently supplied Formula One's foremost designer, Adrian Newey OBE, of Red Bull Technology with two draughting stands, the components for which were imported from Germany, Italy and Japan.
Our Building
Munster Hall was built in 1899 as a meeting house by the Young Men's Christian Association for the purposes of religious meetings and social activity. One of the many tin tabernacles that were built around the country, the hall remains one of the last occupied wooden framed building's from that era of it's kind in the country.
Built over three floors and comprising of 10,000 sq feet, our premises is sited in the heart of Limerick's historic Georgian Quarter.
